Father God Lord Jesus Holy Spirit We present ourselves before You again this Sunday. We come today to let You dig a little deeper Into the soil of our hearts. We welcome your cultivation. We need You to pull our weeds. We need You to plant your seeds. That process requires a depth of Plowing to loosen the soil To receive your good seed of truth. That may be painful, But you do not plow without planting. Belief in You is meant to grow trees And flowers in the soil of our hearts. A veritable garden of faith, hope, and love. There’s nothing easy about getting genuine Truth deeply rooted into our hearts. True belief in your goodness and grace Is much harder than doing good works. Righteous works are meant to be the fruit Picked from the internal garden. We don’t want to take for granted The faith, hope, and love you’ve already grown. And we ask for more. We will never give up asking. There’s always more soil to break up, Weeds to pull, and seeds to plant. And the best is yet to be, face to face, when belief is eternally rooted And every garden is full of fruit. Amen.

Hi Karen,
To begin with, your title is ever-so-true. It is MUCH easier for me to "do" than really to believe deep down. (Probably because I believe in "me" more than I believe in Him. At lease when I'm honest.)
But I love your invitation to the Lord to "dig deeper" to "cultivate" and "weed" our hearts. It's scary. But exactly what we need.
And THE BEST is face to face,
Thank you
